Ordering and Payment
Ordering Merchandise
You must place orders at the Safra Store using credit card, or PayPal. You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to order. When you provide credit card information to Safra, you represent to Safra that you are the authorized user of the credit card that is used to pay for Merchandise and authorize Safra to charge your credit card for any Merchandise fees incurred by you.
Pricing and Payment
In addition to the above, the following terms apply to pricing of and payment for Merchandise. The prices for Merchandise displayed at the Safra Store are subject to change at any time without notice. Charges for shipping, handling and tax are not included in displayed prices for Merchandise but will be displayed during the purchase process. Shipping and handling charges displayed at the Safra Store may or may not reflect the actual charges paid by Safra. All war-risk, marine, or other insurance; harbor charges; tolls; wharfage; demurrage; wharf handling; duties, or warehousing charges are excluded from Merchandise prices displayed at the Safra Store and are your responsibility.
You must pay all applicable sales and use taxes, value added taxes and other taxes levied on you by any taxing authority on any Merchandise purchase, regardless of the method of delivery. Any taxes owed by you that are: (i) a result of purchasing Merchandise or the payment of any fee, (ii) required or permitted to be collected from you by Safra under applicable law, and (iii) based upon the amounts payable under this Agreement, must be remitted by you to Safra. Failure on Safra's part to invoice you for any such taxes does not relieve you of the liability to pay such taxes. You will promptly reimburse Safra for all taxes or other charges imposed upon Safra by any national, state or municipal government upon the sale, use, production, or transportation of Merchandise.
Notifications
Upon submission of your order:
1. The safra store is based on the pay pal payment method. Whether you choose to pay with your credit card or a pay pal account, the email confirmation will be sent to you from pay pal.
2. Once your order has been submitted, all notifications regarding your order will be sent in the standard manner by pay pal.
3. Should there be any deficiencies with your order that prevent Safra from processing it, you will be notified by email with the specifics of the problem, and any actions required to process your order.
4. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days of placing the order. Additional credit card or address verification may delay order processing.

Delivery / Acceptance
Delivery
This is a shipment agreement. All Merchandise will be shipped FOB Jerusalem, Israel, unless Safra designates otherwise on the Safra Store in connection with a particular order. Safra's liability as to delivery ceases, and title and risk of loss for the Merchandise will pass upon Safra's delivery of the Merchandise to a transportation carrier at the designated shipping point. If you pick up the Merchandise from Safra's place of business, title to and risk of loss will pass on to you when Merchandise is placed at your disposal.
Shipment to Addresses Only (No P.O. Box)
Safra does not accept orders to ship to a P.O. Box.
Evaluation and Acceptance
You will have a period of thirty (30) days after the date of receipt of any Merchandise to examine the Merchandise to confirm that it conforms to these Purchase Terms and the offer for such Merchandise presented to you at the Safra Store. If the Merchandise does not conform to these Purchase Terms and the offer for such Merchandise presented to you at the Safra Store, you may reject the Merchandise by returning it to Safra (at your expense) along with a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase. Additional policies and instructions for returning defective merchandise to Safra - please contact our customer service at contact us. After Safra has received your valid return, Safra will, within a reasonable time and in Safra's sole discretion: repair the Merchandise, replace the Merchandise with an equivalent item, credit to the credit card used to pay for the product an amount equal to the value of the Merchandise (as determined by Safra in its reasonable discretion), or provide another remedy that Safra determines in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. All claims whether based on contract, negligence, and strict liability or otherwise are waived unless made in writing and received by Safra within thirty (30) days after your receipt of Merchandise. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WITH REGARD TO ANY MERCHANDISE YOU PURCHASE VIA THE SAFRA STORE, AS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IN ADDITION TO THE REMEDIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH), SAFRA MAY INCLUDE, IN ITS OPTION, THE RIGHT TO PAY TO YOU THE AMOUNT OF DIRECT DAMAGES ACTUALLY INCURRED BY YOU IN REASONABLE RELIANCE ON SUCH MERCHANDISE, AS LONG AS THAT AMOUNT DOES NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SAFRA FOR THE MERCHANDISE GIVING RISE TO THOSE DAMAGES.
1. Delivery of Merchandise generally takes 1-2 weeks. Please consider, however, the following factors that will affect when your order will be shipped or received:
Product availability (out of stock or future ship item).
Delivery destination.
2. Shipments and deliveries are made during business days only (no weekend delivery). Weekends should not be included in calculating arrival time.
3. Safra reserves the option to select the best shipping carrier based on delivery destination. Shipping costs will be adjusted as appropriate. You will be notified of any such changes and have the option to change or cancel your order prior to shipping.
4. Undeliverable Packages
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
5. Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will either be returned to us (Domestic Address) or destroyed by the shipper.
7. Refused by Recipient. If you are sending your order as a gift and the recipient is not expecting it, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. Also, if other people live at your address, you may want to let them know that a package is arriving so a roommate or family member does not refuse it.
In the event a package is returned to us your account will be credited, minus any tax and shipping charges.
